Cannot believe the amazing service I got from this group today. Completely unheard of in commercial tire business. My first message to my shop manager was at 4:09pm letting him know I needed a trailer tire. He contacted this group. Got the normal response back from him letting me know 60 to 90 minutes before they got to me. To my surprise 10 minutes later the service truck pulls up. By 4:56pm I had a new tire and was ready to roll. Great job! We will definitely call on you again.

I cannot recommend Whitehead Tire on Deans Bridge Road enough! I received absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The manager, Billy, goes above and beyond for his customers. Not only is the work top-tier, but Billy’s supportive words and professional attitude really made a difference in my day. It’s rare to find a shop that combines high-quality technical skill with genuine care for the customer. If you want "top ranking" service, this is the place to go!
